The villa is located at Fourka Beach which is set in a Bay. Fourka beach is a small village on the Kassandra Peninsular, approximately 45 minutes from Thessalonica Airport. Thessalonica, being a very cosmopolitan city and yet at the same time drenched in history, is Greece's second largest city.

Kassandra, the most western of the three peninsulas of Halkidiki, with its fantastic natural beauty and its timeless feel, has always been popular with the Greeks themselves, although has only lately been discovered by the British.
